WASHINGTON — A federal decide blocked AT&T’s transfer to acquire communication logs between the Justice Division and the White Home on Tuesday, hampering the telephone big’s argument that politics performed a task within the authorities’s choice to halt a merger with Time Warner.
U.S. District Decide Richard Leon in Washington, who’s overseeing a trial over the deal, mentioned AT&T didn’t sufficiently present in pretrial discussions that it was handled in a different way from different corporations.
